Any expedited shipping to customer that was collected on the order will not be refunded.
We will begin issuing your refund once the item has been received in our warehouse and processed. Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Warranty Coverage
Rackham, Inc. warrants the covered products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the orginal buyer of the product and is not transfered to any successive buyers.
Within the period of 1 year, Rackham Inc. will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. Cost of shipping parts to customer will be covered by Rackham, Inc.
Warranty Exlusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services of the following:
- Cost of labor to install parts on warranty item.
- Repairs necessitated by use other than noraml home use.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper assembly.
- Commercial use.
PU Leather
For general maintenance; give the PU leather area a regular wipe down using a cloth dipped in warm water. Use a dry cloth to remove any leftover liquid.
To remove any minor marks or stains, add a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid to warm water. Dip the non-abrasive cloth and wring out the excess warer. Use the cloth to gently wipe over the stain or mark until it disappears. Rinse the cloth in fresh water to remove the soap solution. Rub the PU leather with the cloth to wipe away any remaining residue. Finish by drying the area with a soft microfiber cloth.
Remember to never use abbraisive cloths or harsh chemical, such as bleach on your PU leather items.
PU leather covers are not machine washable or dry cleanable.
