You agree to pay any shipping charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping changes from time to time, but we will provide notice of the changes applicable to you before you make the purchase. 

We want to make sure you you feel like every item is a perfect fit for your home. If it's not right, we will help you out. 

 

​You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be:

• In it's original, unopened condition 

• Disassembled

• In its original packaging

Return shipping is free on items that:

• Are damaged or defective 

• Were shipped incorrectly

There are items that can't be returned:

• Clearance items 

• Items that have already been assembled

Any expedited shipping to customer that was collected on the order will not be refunded.

 

We will begin issuing your refund once the item has been received in our warehouse and processed. Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Warranty Coverage

Rackham, Inc. warrants the covered products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the orginal buyer of the product and is not transfered to any successive buyers. 

 

Within the period of 1 year, Rackham Inc. will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. Cost of shipping parts to customer will be covered by Rackham, Inc. 

 

Warranty Exlusions

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services of the following:

1. Cost of labor to install parts on warranty item.
2. Repairs necessitated by use other than noraml home use.
3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper assembly.
4. Commercial use.

Velvet

For general maintenance; give the velvet area a vaccum with your household vaccum cleaner with the soft brush attachment. This will remove dust, lint and crumbs.

 

For spot cleaning use a soft, lint-free cloth or paper towel to absorb any excess liquid. Do not rub. Leave the cloth on the spot until as much liquid absorbs as possible. Mix a few drops of dishwashing liquid into a a cup of warm water. Shake until bubbles form. Dip your cloth into the subs only. Gently blot the stain, making sure not to saturate the velvet. Let it air dry or use a blow-dryer on the lowest setting. 

 

The velvet chair cover is not machine washable or dry cleanable. 

 

Plated Metal 

For general maintenance; wash the metal area with a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and dishwashing liquid. After cleaining, dry with a soft cloth.  Use standard furnture polish to shine metal.

 

Plated metal can scratch easily, its best to avoid abraisive cleaners and clothes.

 

Always dry metal surfaces if it gets wet; the steel underneath is particulary susceptible to rust and is often vulnerable around joints, etc.
